Day 1 - Paro - Thimphu

Day 2 - Thimphu

Day 3 - Thimphu - Gangtey

Thimphu to Gangtey (Phobjikha Valley) Morning: • After breakfast, drive to Gangtey (150 km / 5 hrs drive) via Dochula Pass (altitude 3080m) • Stop to enjoy the breathtaking view of the eastern Himalayas at Dochula Pass Afternoon: • Arrive in Gangtey and check into the hotel • Visit Gangtey Goempa, the largest Nyingmapa monastery in Bhutan Evening: • Walk around Gangtey village and enjoy the beautiful landscape of Phobjikha Valley

Day 4- Gangtey - Punakha

Morning: • Hike the Gangtey Nature Trail (5.5 km, 2 hours, easy difficulty level) through meadows, forests, and valleys • After the walk, drive to Punakha (75 km / 3 hrs drive) Afternoon: • Visit Punakha Dzong, a magnificent fortress located at the confluence of two rivers Evening: • Relax or explore Punakha at your leisure Overnight: Punakha

Day 5 - Punakha

Day 6 - Punakha - Paro

Day 7 - Paro

Paro - Taktshang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest) Morning: • Begin the hike to Taktshang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), one of Bhutan’s most iconic sites, perched on a cliff 900m above Paro Valley • Enjoy panoramic views during the 5-hour hike Afternoon: • Visit the Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest temples in Bhutan, dating back to the 7th century Evening: • Relax or explore the Paro town for shopping Overnight: Paro

Day 8 - Paro - Departure
